This position is a part-time position at 20 hours per week, and provides direct administrative/clerical support to the Executive Director of the STAR Program (State Technology and Reuse Program). Specific duties include answering phones, preparing word processing documents, tables and charts using programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Publisher, processing documents with accuracy such as travel claims, purchase orders, invoices as well as maintaining a filing system, operating office equipment, gathering and disseminating information and resources relating to assistive technology, collecting and data entering, monitoring and maintaining STAR database, assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The candidate must have good organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Publisher. A high school diploma with at least 4 years experience in caring out administrative and clerical duties required. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
