Gary's Wine & Marketplace is a locally owned and operated wine retailer known for offering one of the largest and finest selections of wines, beers, spirits, cheeses, meats, and gourmet foods in the tri-state area. With both brick-and-mortar stores and online presence, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and product knowledge.We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Receiver / Warehouse and Stock team member to join our back-of-house operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and proper stocking of our products to maintain inventory accuracy and support smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload shipments promptly and accuratelyInspect incoming products for quality and accuracy against purchase ordersProperly store and organize inventory in the warehousePrepare stock for shelving and assist with stocking duties as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and stock areasCoordinate with other departments to fulfill stock and delivery needsPerform periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory managementOperate warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyPrevious experience in receiving, warehousing, or stock management preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in checking ordersReliable and able to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills for inventory trackingMust be at least 18 years of ageWe offer a friendly working environment, a competitive starting salary, flexible hours, and a generous employee discount.#J-18808-Ljbffr
