Data Center Construction Project Manager (Heavy Travel Position)

📍 Based out of Montgomery, AL | Projects Nationwide

💰 $120K Base OR $55/hr W2 + OT + Vehicle Allowance + Cell Phone Allowance + Bonus Pool + Per Diem

Oscar Energy & Construction is partnering with LINX and their rapidly growing data center construction organization seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Lead hyperscale data center construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, workforce planning, and project execution
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities
• Conduct client meetings, site walkthroughs, and project planning sessions
• Track project milestones, change orders, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support project closeout, turnover, client training, and lessons learned reviews

What We're Looking For

✅ 3+ years managing large-scale data center construction projects

OR

✅ 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience with ownership of at least one $1M-$3M+ project budget

✅ 5+ years in construction leadership (PM, Superintendent, Foreman, or similar)

✅ Experience managing schedules, labor, budgets, subcontractors, and project deliverables

✅ Comfortable traveling 75-100% of the time for long-term project assignments

✅ Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience

• Hyperscale or mission-critical construction projects
• Data center construction
• Low-voltage infrastructure projects
• RCDD, BICSI DCDC, or PMP certification
• Commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction backgrounds

Compensation & Benefits

Important

This role is designed for professionals who are comfortable living on project sites and traveling extensively. Assignments are long-term, with most employees returning home approximately once per month while a project is active.
