Job Skills / Requirements
Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, professional leader with strong customer service, communication, and security skills who can help support branch operations and our security teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to obtain an Alabama Armed Guard Card
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience required
Reliable transportation and active cellphone
Ability to pass a drug screen
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Branch Manager with daily branch operations
Support, coach, and communicate with security officers and clients
Help ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and post coverage
Conduct site visits, inspections, and security patrols as needed
Respond to client and officer concerns professionally and promptly
Review reports, documentation, and incidents for accuracy
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and operational follow-up
Help maintain IPSC standards for Commitment, Excellence, Integrity, Responsiveness, and Service
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while supporting a team. Strong conflict-resolution and decision-making skills are essential.
