With training and guidance, you'll gain hands‑on experience across the entire production cycle, including plant care, environmental monitoring, harvesting, and more. You bring curiosity, reliability, and a team‑focused mindset, making you a key part of a cultivation operation that thrives on shared knowledge and cross‑training.What You'll Do:As a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf, you'll be cross‑trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top‑quality standards.
