As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $16.30 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Mon 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe persons entering and leaving the location; verify visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs while maintaining a professional presence and courteous interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
