Other Duties May Be Assigned.Cycle Counter Coordinator working very closely with cycle counterAssist Inventory Accountant with physical inventory preparation.Drive monthly internal audit reviews of receiving and shippingPrepare monthly inventory entries as neededReconcile OUTs and ICE subinventories on weekly and monthly basisOpen and close periods for 30 locations on monthly basisPublish inventory report and perform analysis on needed basisPublish weekly scrap reportAssist in all inventory related discrepancy driving root-cause and favorable actionsRequired Education And/or ExperienceFour (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study.1-3 years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP inventory management environmentCycle counting and inventory valuation/reconciliation experienceExcellent analytical and problem identification/solving skillsExcellent communication skillsMS Office ExperiencePreferred Educational And/or ExperienceExperience in Account Alias ERP structureManufacturing JIT and material flow optimization
