Parts & Service Account Representative

Four-Star Freightliner is the Southeast region's leading heavy and medium-duty truck dealer that offers a comprehensive line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are looking for a talented Parts & Service Account Rep in Montgomery Dealership.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments.

• Assist / demonstrate to customers how to purchase parts by explaining the value-added features, benefits, and warranty of merchandise. Inform customers of companion part requirements, full product lines, and product offerings.

• Provide training to customers for Excelerator and Service Tracker, as needed.

• Coordinate with Parts & Service managers and front-line employees to provide quotes and other information to customers via email, phone and in person.

• Process payments and obtain credit authorization, as necessary.

• Manage and maintain customer accounts as assigned by manager.

• Solicit and prospect for new customers by means such as cold calling.

• Build relationships with customers in order to better meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and or/ Parts & Service sales experience is plus
