Full-Time MIG Spray Welder

Description:

H&M Construction is actively hiring an experienced MIG Spray Welder to join our team. We are looking for a skilled welder with hands-on experience using the MIG spray transfer welding process in an industrial or heavy fabrication environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• MIG Spray Welding: Perform MIG spray transfer welding according to job specifications and welding procedures.
• Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust welding equipment, wire feed speed, voltage, and other settings based on material and application.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed welds and make necessary adjustments to maintain weld quality, consistency, and penetration.
• Blueprints & Specifications: Read and follow fabrication drawings, weld symbols, measurements, and welding procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG Spray Transfer Welding Experience Required
• Industrial or Heavy Fabrication Experience Preferred
• Ability to Read Drawings, Weld Symbols & Job Specifications
