Alabama State University, College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics invites applications to fill the part-time Senior Secretary position. Under direct supervision provides secretarial assistance to the dean, chairpersons and faculty of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
An Associate's degree in secretarial science, business administration, office administration or other appropriate field, and one year of administrative or secretarial experience or, a certificate in secretarial science with two years of administrative or secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, and experience required. A typing proficiency of 40 net words per minute is required. Proficiency exams administered by ASU's College of Education, and State Career Service Centers are accepted.
