Corporate Chef Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of executive-level culinary leadership in upscale dining concepts
• Strong background in scratch kitchens with elevated plating standards
• Culinary degree required
• Demonstrated success leading high-performance culinary teams
• Deep understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and P&L management
• Valid food handler certification
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed

Corporate Chef Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with dry-aging programs and upscale protein fabrication
• Comfort working within a disciplined brigade structure

Corporate Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize all culinary operations across the brand
• Develop, refine, and execute seasonal menus with focus on seasonality and consistency
• Oversee vendor relationships and sourcing of premium proteins and seafood
• Drive food cost discipline while protecting the guest experience
• Mentor and develop chefs, building a culture of accountability and excellence
• Implement and enforce training programs around technique, presentation, and hospitality
• Partner with ownership and operations on strategic growth initiatives
