Job Overview Client Success Manager for iHeartMedia's Digital Media and Podcast offerings. Responsible for maintaining a complete book of post‑sale Podcast and Digital business and delivering outstanding campaign management, client service, and post‑campaign analysis.Responsibilities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sold programs are booked and executed in alignment with operational and sales initiatives.Serve as the primary client contact for all post‑sale programs: schedule and lead all internal/external calls, communicate production timelines and deliverables, and ensure the iHR experience exceeds client expectations.Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre‑determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis.Be responsible for full delivery against dollars booked across all digital, social, and podcast deliverables.Work with ad/pod ops to provide critical thinking and troubleshoot any creative/tracking issues.Collaborate with the internal billing & finance team monthly to ensure reconciling billing promptly.Provide industry‑leading post‑campaign analysis by partnering with internal subject matter experts, creating comprehensive recaps, learnings, and recommendations.Keep abreast of industry news and develop POVs to communicate relevant updates to client/internal teams.Qualifications Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and others).Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.Expertise in handling digital media campaign reporting results.Ability to manage projects from start to finish.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.High work standards and degree of attention to detail.Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.High degree of stress tolerance and ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others.2‑3 years of media experience in a similar role.Desired Attributes Respect for others and belief that others should treat the same way.Full proficiency and understanding of the job function.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.In‑depth knowledge of key business drivers.Experience in team and project management for mid‑sized projects.Ability to recognize and mitigate risk.Confidence to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information.Growth mindset and desire for continued knowledge sharing and learning.Understanding of the impact of own decisions.Ability to identify new opportunities for continued improvement across business.Comfort acting as a trusted advisor for colleagues with less experience.Ability to manage complex and confidential information and influence others to build consensus across all levels.Compensation Salary range: $56,000 – $70,000 per year. Salary determined by experience, skills, and market data.Location Chicago, IL: 233 N.
