Patient Registration

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an exceptional healthcare network for a contract-to-hire Patient Registration role in the Bloomington, IN area! Responsibilities include confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients, maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service, facilitating copay collection conversations with patients, and facilitating patient flow from point of entry to the destination.

Requirements include some office, food service, or retail experience required, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!

Work Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM availability M-F (Training hours will differ) Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
