What You'll Do:

• • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and maintain competitive customer pricing.

• • Prepare accurate rental agreements and related documentation.

• • Stay informed about competitors' rates and rental practices to ensure market awareness.

• • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

• • Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about our products and services.

• • Work directly with customers to understand their trailer and container needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• • Conduct thorough pre-rental trailer inspections, documenting any defects or maintenance needs.

• • Perform post-rental inspections to verify condition and identify any damage.

• • Take photos and document damages as needed for customer billing purposes.

• • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

• • Enthusiasm for developing and maintaining customer relationships.

• • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

• • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• • Positive, "can-do" attitude and proactive mindset.

• • Self-starter who can work independently while supporting a team.

• • Clear and effective communicator.

• • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• • One to three years' experience with direct customer relations

• • Must have a current driver's license.
