Cashier Position at Dunkin' Donuts and Our Cafe

Tailwind is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Cashier to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts and our Cafe located inside of the Montgomery Regional Airport. Our locations serve travelers in a dynamic airport environment, and our Cashiers play a central role in delivering an efficient, welcoming guest experience. In this role, you will process transactions accurately, prepare select beverages, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while providing attentive service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous service — answering questions, offering menu recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
• Willingness to be cross-trained across roles
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, positive demeanor

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport security badge
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

Shift: 10:30am-last flight normally 6:30pm
