Job Title: Drivers 2nd B Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Montgomery AL. Pay: $14.50 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:30 PM 4:15 AM

Job Summary: The Shuttle Driver position is responsible for safely driving and transporting newly manufactured vehicles throughout the Hyundai Glovis vehicle processing and distribution facility in Montgomery, Alabama. Drivers move vehicles between designated locations, staging areas, inspection points, and parking areas while following all company safety procedures and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and park vehicles throughout the facility and designated distribution lots.
• Transport vehicles between staging areas, inspection points, processing areas, and assigned parking locations.
• Follow all designated driving routes, speed limits, traffic rules, and company safety procedures.
• Carefully enter and exit multiple vehicles throughout the shift while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
• Inspect vehicles for visible damage before and after movement and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Accurately park vehicles in assigned locations according to lot organization and staging instructions.
• Maintain awareness of pedestrians, other drivers, equipment, and surrounding vehicles while operating vehicles.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Follow instructions from team leads and supervisors regarding vehicle movement and daily assignments.
• Maintain reliable attendance and report to the assigned work area on time.
• Protect company and customer property by operating all vehicles carefully and responsibly.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record for the past three years, with no more than two violations, including traffic tickets and at-fault accidents.
• Must be able to safely operate and park various types and sizes of vehicles.
• Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screening requirements.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle safety.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and able to follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver, valet driver, delivery driver, or in a similar driving position.
• Previous experience working in an automotive manufacturing, vehicle processing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Experience safely driving and parking a variety of vehicle types and sizes.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic safety procedures.
