Production Associate – Garment Processor

Location: Montgomery, AL
Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking a Production Associate – Garment Processor to join our Distribution Center team in Montgomery, AL. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals with garment handling or sewing experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect garments and trim items for correct color, script, size, and quantity
• Apply emblems, ID tapes, barcodes, and other trims
• Perform cutting, sewing, and hemming as required
• Ensure all production standards and quality requirements are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills (speaking and understanding)
• Ability to read maintenance materials printed in English
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8‑hour shift
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial sewing experience
• 1+ year of experience operating a sewing machine
