Key Requirements: Enter and process customer orders Check orders for accuracy (pricing, shipping, dates, and details) Keep customer records updated and organized Answer customer questions and resolve issues Handle returns, including shipping and credits Share order updates with teams and locations Provide pricing and availability for special orders Work with production, logistics, and sales to meet customer needs Suggest improvements to improve service and processes Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Duration: 6 - 8 Weeks
