Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Lead customers and the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and store performance goals.; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty.; Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace, including communication via verbal, written, or email.; Assist with inventory, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store standards and safety requirements.; Support the execution of new hire training and community events and partnerships with rescue agencies.
