Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site expectations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter access points.; Monitor for unusual activity, property-related concerns, and/or unauthorized access, and report security-related issues to property management and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.; Assist with visitor inquiries, direction-giving, and other front-facing duties while helping to support a professional environment for the location.
