TPG Hotels & Resorts - 8970 Eastchase Parkway - Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and perform repairs to ensure building systems are operational and compliant with safety regulations; Respond promptly to emergency situations (power outages, water leaks, fire alarms) and coordinate with other departments and emergency services to ensure guest and staff safety; Address maintenance requests from guests and perform maintenance in guest rooms or public areas while interacting professionally with guests; Adhere to safety protocols and stay updated on industry best practices and safety guidelines; Communicate effectively with other hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk) to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
