Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Assist customers and lead the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs and store performance goals.; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty.; Support in maintaining the fish system and animal care.; Proficient in store opening and closing procedures.; Heavy lifting up to 55lbs may be repeatedly required throughout a shift.
