Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quick Lube Technician (Oil, Lube & Filter Specialist)Pay: Starting at $15/hour + commissionSchedule:Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PMRotating shifts / flexible scheduling required/ some SaturdaysResponsibilitiesOil, Lube & Filter ServicesPerform oil and filter changes efficiently and accuratelyCheck and top off all vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, etc.)Lubricate chassis components as requiredReset maintenance lights and service indicatorsMulti-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVIs)Conduct thorough vehicle inspections on every serviceInspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, filters, and fluid conditionDocument findings clearly and communicate recommendations to service advisorsIdentify upsell opportunities based on vehicle conditionGeneral Maintenance ServicesReplace air filters and cabin filtersPerform tire rotations and basic tire checksReplace wiper blades and light bulbsAssist with battery testing and replacementShop OperationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company standardsWork as part of a team to keep workflow moving efficientlyAssist other technicians as neededRequirementsNo experience required (automotive experience is a plus)Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailGood communication skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsValid driver's license requiredWhat We're Looking ForHustle.
