Job Description Job Description As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property's vision, mission, and values.Compensation: $12-$14.50Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.Safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling throughout hotel premises.Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.Ensure guest areas remain tidy by promptly removing trash and ground litter.Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds.Qualifications: Friendly and service-oriented attitude.Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions.Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.About CompanyOur property's vision is to have a positive impact.
