This hands-on role requires working daily from a trailer in an activeconstructionsite environment. TheProjectSuperintendent will work closely with the General Contractor (GC) and report directly to the AUTS Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.This is not a general construction role-it's a specialized position focused on electronic security system integration within complex infrastructure projectsSpecialized Security Systems Role: Focused on electronic security system integration-access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection-within mission-critical data center environmentsHigh-Tech, High-Impact Projects: Be part of securing hyperscale data centers that support global enterprise operations, working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, high-visibility settingRESPONSIBILITIES:Open and secure the job site daily, conductdaily site walksand expect to spendup to80%of timeinthefield(either walking or driving)Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors tomaintainproject timelineSupervise AUTS installationtechniciansand subcontractors, ensuring adherence tocontract,schedules and quality standards while installing security systemsCommunicate daily site activities,maintainsitelogs,andprovideproject statusupdatestotheProject ManagerCoordinate with the GC and AUTS teams to align with project milestones and resolve site issuesAbility to read andunderstand blueprint and schematic readingsAssistwith budgeting, bidding, permits, and subcontractor awardsManage ASIs(Architect's Supplemental Instruction),RFIs(Request for Information), material submittals, and coordinate required inspectionsOversee quality control and ensure work meets project standardsIdentifyand address safety, compliance, and construction conflictsKeep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High school diploma or equivalentCurrent driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehiclein the course ofconducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)Experience in the electronic security industry, specifically with access control, surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detectionMinimum of three (3)years of construction or installation supervision experienceExpertisein safety enforcement, equipment oversight, and site coordinationStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyPhysical ability to conduct site walks andlift upto 100 lbs as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Exposurein large-scale construction, single-site data center projects with 100+ contractorsStrong ability to work with General Contractors and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentBENEFITS:Base Salary + Company Vehicle + Gas CardMedical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
