As a General Manager, you'll haveownership of a single Jack's store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you'll manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests.
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team.
• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (especially chicken).
• Create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
