Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel UNIT: South: Surgery Certs Required: BLS. Experience Required: 2-3 years CVOR & with patient types below. First time travelers? 2 years. Floating: no Patient Types: Open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, Sternotomy, Thoracotomy/Thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO. NM explains the difference between CV and Vascular. CV is open heart and Vascular is peripheral vascular cases. Please distinguish which experience the traveler has. Patient Ratios: 1:1 Technology/Equipment: EMR: CERNER Medication dispensing: Omnicell IV pumps: Plum 360 Monitors: Spacelabs Orientation: 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation, Scrub Color: Green, provided Parking: Parking deck Traveler Feedback: Baptist Medical Center South-everyone has been helpful and supportive.
