Lids - - Responsibilities: Generate Sales by providing customer service; Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics; Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate's sales performance and feedback on areas of strength and opportunity; Adhere to current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness; Open and close the store as required per procedures
