Elite Connector is seeking a driven Project Manager who is looking to develop their career within an industrial environment and take ownership of complex equipment projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the key coordination point between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed successfully from initial design through installation and final delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple industrial equipment projects simultaneously
• Serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Tracking schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
• Supporting engineering and production teams by clarifying technical requirements and resolving issues
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Conducting occasional site visits (limited travel required)

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management or project coordination (industrial environment preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a structured and efficient manner
• Comfortable with basic financial tracking and project cost analysis
• Technical aptitude or interest in industrial/engineering environments
