- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and safety regulations across all job site operations
- Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to prevent accidents, injuries, and project delays
- Conduct daily safety inspections to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate potential workplace hazards
- Lead thorough investigations of safety incidents and document findings for corrective action
- Bachelor's degree (BS) required; advanced credentials preferred
- Background in construction safety with hands-on field experience
- OSHA Certification preferred
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional) designation preferred
