Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner with our growing healthcare client. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with their mission to support patient care and enhance employee experience. This role will focus on talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and cultivating a supportive, inclusive culture that fosters professional development and staff engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages
• Run weekly employee orientation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Four years of HRBP or Generalist experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines.
• 20% Local Travel

***Hybrid Role - 4 days in the office after onboarding.
