Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery including motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and production lines; Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on 480V/3-phase systems, control panels, sensors, PLC-controlled equipment, and other electrical components; Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals; Install, align, and rebuild mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and actuators; Assist with equipment changeovers, upgrades, and new equipment installations
