Location - Various International locationsResumes are reviewed as submitted and staffed based on project need.Rewards of Working at Caddell -Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K /Roth along with referral completion and relocation bonuses.What You Will DoPerforms grinding and weld test upon preparation for the inspectionPerforms carbon arcFrequently calculates welding actions using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in standard units.Performs a wide variety of welding functionsWorking Conditions- Construction setting, travel required, full time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. There is a true sense of purpose and teamwork.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDemonstrates the ability to successfully complete the following weld tests: 1" thick carbon steel plate with backing in the 3G and 4 G positions. Must be able to complete all weld tests in accordance with the appropriate WPS under limited supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. High standard of integrity and professionalism.Education / ExperienceMinimum high school diploma/GED and ability to pass welding test procedures. Experience with Stick, Mig, and Flux Core welding required.Certifications, Licenses, etc.3G and 4G Welding certification required. Should be able to submit certifications upon request and obtain a medical clearance before deployment. Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required. U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.Working ConditionsConstruction setting, travel required, full time.
