Customer Service Representative $720 WEEKLY

Key Requirements:

• Enter and process customer orders
• Check orders for accuracy (pricing, shipping, dates, and details)
• Keep customer records updated and organized
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues
• Handle returns, including shipping and credits
• Share order updates with teams and locations
• Provide pricing and availability for special orders
• Work with production, logistics, and sales to meet customer needs
• Suggest improvements to improve service and processes

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday
