Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Lead customers and the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs, and store performance goals; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty; Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace; Partner with the store manager to plan and execute community events and develop business relationships with rescue agencies; Support in maintaining the fish system and restocking merchandise
