About the Role

• Full-time 3.5 days per week (within Monday - Friday); no nights or weekends
• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
• Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients' lives

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD with a current license in the state of Alabama or both
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with older adult populations

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $66,362 to $78,179 with no cap on productivity income potential.
