ClearPay Processing is hiring experienced Merchant Services Sales Representatives who want stronger immediate income, long-term residual ownership, and a company built with the rep in mind.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for producers who want to earn more now while building recurring monthly income over time.

What You'll Do

• Sell payment processing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses
• Analyze merchant statements and identify savings opportunities
• Present value-based pricing and service solutions
• Close deals and build your own portfolio of merchants
• Generate your own business while also working company-supported opportunities when available
• Manage your own schedule, pipeline, and territory
• Build long-term recurring monthly residual income

What We're Looking For

• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred
• Strong B2B outside sales and closing ability
• Ability to self-source, prospect, and close new business
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, ethical, and motivated
• Driven by performance-based income and long-term residual ownership

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Uncapped income potential
• 80/20 split structure

• $1,000 bonus after your first 10 deals
