Operative Leader Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by continuously improving processes, service quality, and overall customer experience based on feedback and performance insights
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform decision-making
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources, and cost controls to optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Foster accountability and encourage a culture of operational excellence

Profile of Background:

  • Proven leader, passionate about developing others and building strong, healthy teams
  • College degree (preferred but not required)
  • Interest or experience in building or improving systems
  • A global thinker who can envision what needs to be built and is willing to grow to create systems over time
  • Someone who takes responsibility, delivers, and is motivated by impact
