  • ITIL-based ITSM expertise
  • CAB/ECCB facilitation experience
  • Risk and impact analysis
  • Multi-vendor coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Preferred Skills

Project scheduling (MS Project) for complex RFCs

  • Experience facilitating design sessions post-CAB approval
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders
