Ross Stores - 2556 Berryhill Road - Responsibilities: Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking them at checkout.; Maintains a clean and organized store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking/restroom duties.; Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor following monthly presentation guidelines.; Follows all MOS policies, loss prevention standards, and cash/transaction procedures.
