Moe's Southwest Grill - - Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability; Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness and take actions to convert dissatisfied guests to regulars; Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and develop staff through feedback and performance reviews; Maintain staffing plans, interview prospective employees, and ensure the four steps of staffing are followed; Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitary practices, and Moe's/Sterling Operational Standards
