The Shipping Clerk is responsible for fulfilling orders while working both independently and as part of a team. This role requires the ability to complete order fulfillment for both internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner. The Shipping Clerk is expected to successfully complete all required on-the-job training and e-learning programs. The position requires initiative, a commitment to teamwork, a customer-focused mindset, and a demonstrated ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.

Qualifications: Minimum Education High school diploma or the equivalent Minimum Experience A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience involving shipping related tasks is preferred. Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required.

Job Training Requirements Completion of area-specific parts operations training Completion of required OSHA training Forklift (lift truck) operator certification Completion of all required compliance training
Safety Summary Working Conditions Work is typically performed in a Parts Warehouse or Service Department shop environment. This position involves exposure to physical risk and varying weather conditions and may require extended periods of standing and walking on hard surfaces.
