Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Firehouse Subs at Merry Corners in Pike Road, Alabama is looking for a reliable, positive, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The Manager helps run daily operations, supports crew members, and ensuresguests have an outstanding experience every time they visit.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver great service and high-quality food
• Train employees and ensure all line positions are running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and safe work environment
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Participate in Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising efforts
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and pass ServSafe certification (paid by restaurant)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using a POS/computer system
• Ability to train, coach, and support team members
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset
• Prior food service or leadership experience is preferred
