PNC - - Responsibilities: Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver customer experience; Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate; Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products; Assist Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes; Ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed in an efficient and accurate manner
