Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns; Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, fire alarms, and disorderly conduct as directed by post orders; Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate pertinent information during shift briefings and post transitions
