We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Proposal Management Lead to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals in response to RFx's for both public and commercial customers, specifically with a strong focus on the public sector. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our proposals meet the highest standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of public sector and commercial RFx proposals, managing the entire process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance and quality throughout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all RFx response activities, providing leadership on complex proposals and assisting partners with indirect deals.
• Establish vision, strategy, and processes for proposal submissions in alignment with sales objectives.
• Organize and lead virtual meetings with diverse teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Create proposal compliance development plans and writing instructions for authors, and conduct engaging kickoff meetings to align on messaging.
• Develop compelling win themes, executive summaries, and outline key features and benefits for every proposal.
• Conduct thorough red team reviews to assess compliance, responsiveness, and clarity of winning narratives, ensuring each proposal aligns with client expectations.
• Oversee the final assembly and submission of proposals, making sure all details meet internal standards and client requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from $87,000 to $178,100 per annum, with potential equity eligibility. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
