Golden Corral - - Responsibilities: Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures; Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality; Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving; Restocks and rotates food products using FIFO method; Ensures cleanliness of the Hot Cook area and equipment, and maintains professional guest service
