Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent Overnight Sanitation Specialist to independently ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant facilities. This crucial role includes various tasks aimed at keeping our establishment in excellent condition at the end of each business day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean the interior of the restaurant, including floors, walls, ceilings, and windows.
• Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble cooking equipment such as broilers, fryers, and hood filters.
• Change grease in fryers and ensure that all kitchen surfaces are properly sanitized.
• Monitor and enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cleaning and maintaining restaurant facilities and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• A successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
