The Parts Clerk is responsible for managing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts and supplies.

Parts Clerk Details:
Receive, store, and organize parts and supplies in the inventory system
Process orders and requests for parts from service teams or customers
Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock counts and reorder levels
Assist in identifying parts and providing guidance to customers or staff
Coordinate with vendors to order and track incoming parts
Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area
Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and reports as needed
Support other departments with parts-related needs
Parts Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in inventory management or parts department preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts is an advantage
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
