AAA - - Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties; Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists; Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals; Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9am 5pm and Saturday 10am 2pm; Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members
